Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Fynetre. Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if the item meets the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • The item includes original tags and packaging
  • No signs of wear, tear, stains, perfume, or damage

Non-returnable items include:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Swimwear, lingerie, or intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
  • Customized or special-order items

2. Return & Exchange Process

To start a return, please contact our support team with your:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the item (if damaged/defective)

Once your request is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions.

For Exchanges:

If you need a different size or color, we will help you arrange an exchange (subject to availability).

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs (except for defective/incorrect items)

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not been shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank or PayPal account again
  • Contact your bank or credit card company (processing times vary)
